
Support
is available from the authors and publishers for all teachers and students
using the course. At this time, support is only available in English. However,
in the future we hope to add Japanese language support.
Technical support is mainly carried out via email. Teachers and students
should receive a reply to any email requesting support within 24 hours.
The main issues requiring support in the first year of operation have centered
around access to the Study Centre. In the main this has been limited to retrieving
students' login information and resetting passwords when necessary. We will
also set up your unique group(s) of learners for each teacher, providing
that the teacher supplies us with a text file containing the required student
data.
Advisory
support is available for a range of issues both technical and pedagogical.
We can help troubleshoot issues you may have regarding the use of the DVD
and Study Centre in the classroom, language lab and in self-access settings.
Advice
is also available via the teachers' area of the Study Centre regarding
lesson plans, as well as answers to all textbook and Study Centre exercises
and quizzes. There
are also tests available for download from this same location.

of this web site. You should receive an answer from us within 24 hours.
We think that you will find that our support is second to none. Moreover,
because you will be dealing directly with the authors, we think that you
will find that our support is more personal and knowlegeable than the support
you might receive from other publishers.
